Gabe Carrillo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and currently serves as the Interim Clinical Supervisor for the Court Services Team in Region 3, as well as the Program Specialist for 18-211 and 18-212 cases in Region 3.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Idaho State University in 2016 and his Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University in 2019.
Gabe has worked for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare for eight years, beginning his career in Child Protection in 2017 before transitioning to Behavioral Health in 2021. He has served on both the Mobile Crisis Team and the Designated Examiners team, and now oversees the DE/Court Services Team.
His background also includes experience in medical and psychiatric hospital settings, as well as outpatient substance use treatment.
